Contract Description:
ISU has established a pricing agreement with Celebrations Party & Rental for Tent Rental Services and accessories. This company shall be utilized for any tent that is erected on ISU’s campus. The agreement also includes contracted pricing for tables, chairs, linen, staging, and other event rental items.
Contract Pricing - All retail and rentals for ISU business receive 15% off the regular prices listed.
How to do Business with Supplier:
Departments or student groups that need to rent tents for events should begin by:
Visiting the Plan an Outdoor Event page on the Memorial Union website and contact the Event Management Office to reserve the campus location desired for the placement of the tent. Facilities Planning and Management will also need to be contacted to reserve your event services.
After approval has been given, by letter or Event Notification Authorization form, Celebrations Party & Rental can be contacted to schedule installation and removal of tent. Departments shall give the company their worktag that is to be charged for the event. Following the event, the company will send an invoice to Accounts Payable and payment will be made via supplier contract number SCN-1006763. Student Organizations will give the company their P-Card information for payment.
