Jennifer Rogers
My Role in Procurement Services
I’m one of three Procurement Agents handling scientific-related equipment, supplies, and contracts. One of my main focuses on campus is managing the equipment service agreements with suppliers and departments for their lab equipment.
Highlighting a Recent Project or Accomplishment
I’m currently on a committee to develop a “How-to Guide” for purchasing from international suppliers that will include what is required for the suppliers to register with the University, international shipping terms, and customs brokerage use. I’m actively looking at other opportunities within the Procurement Services Department and professional associations for public procurement.
Talia Luvaga
My Role in Procurement Services
I am always happy to help, whether with placing cyBuy orders, following up on open orders, or assisting with returns. I'm here to help customers navigate the cyBuy system with ease! As a friendly liaison between suppliers and shoppers, I share updates about the procurement process, timelines, and any obstacles, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved.

I am so proud of the 2024 cyBuy Supplier Show because it showcased our commitment to fostering strong partnerships with suppliers and enhancing the procurement process. The event was a tremendous success, bringing together a diverse range of shoppers and suppliers and providing an excellent platform for networking, collaboration, and innovation. The positive feedback from attendees during the show is a testament to the hard work and meticulous planning that went into organizing this event. Overall, the 2024 cyBuy Supplier Show strengthened our shopper and supplier relationships and demonstrated our university's leadership in procurement excellence.
