The nomination deadline is approaching and we need your help to recognize our outstanding suppliers!
Have you had a positive experience working with a supplier that went above and beyond for Iowa State University, made an impact, assisted with an issue, and/or promoted sustainable practices in 2023? If you have, please share your experience with us through a nomination for a 2024 Supplier Award!
Any supplier that meets the eligibility criteria for the award and has provided goods or services to Iowa State University in 2023 is eligible to be nominated for one or more of the 2024 Supplier Awards:
Customer Service Award – To recognize those suppliers that go above and beyond to provide professional, responsive, and proactive service to Iowa State University. Suppliers must demonstrate their ability and willingness to: consistently provide high-level customer service to Iowa State University, maintain and foster relationships with Iowa State University (including key stakeholders), and align their internal resources with Iowa State University needs.
cyBUY Supplier of the Year Award – Recognizing Suppliers with a catalog in the cyBUY Marketplace, our eProcurement platform, that go above and beyond to provide exceptional value and extraordinary customer service to Iowa State University. Suppliers must demonstrate their ability and willingness to consistently provide high-level, responsive customer service and maintain and update core lists/contract pricing to align with the needs of Iowa State University.
Environmental Excellence Award – To recognize a supplier who shares Iowa State University’s commitment to sustainable business practices by providing environmentally preferable products, promoting sustainable practices, and/or managing energy consumption.
Small Business Award – To recognize the significant impact small businesses make at Iowa State University. Suppliers must demonstrate exemplary customer service, innovative solutions, and meaningful partnerships.
Strategic Partnership Award – To recognize extraordinary collaboration and innovation between a contracted Supplier and Iowa State University. Suppliers must demonstrate true partnership efforts by providing value, exceeding expectations, and taking a proactive approach to present new initiatives and alternative solutions to enhance the contract and working relationship with Iowa State University.
Supplier of the Year Award – To recognize extraordinary customer service, engagement in collaborative efforts, willingness to pivot to assist when new issues arise, and providing solutions that positively impact Iowa State University.
Nominations must clearly describe why the supplier should be recognized in the award category, provide examples to demonstrate how the supplier meets the specific criteria for that award, and must be submitted by February 29th for consideration for a 2024 Supplier Award.
