Karen Koppenhaver was recognized for Taking Initiative, Providing Excellent Service, Utilizing a Holistic Approach, and Engaging in Relationship Building. Karen’s nominators spoke of a specific instance when Karen, not only provided one-on-one guidance but then took the initiative to record a video tutorial to help the individuals she was working with succeed! Karen’s nominator said, “Karen's exceptional service and dedication truly make her a pro at what she does, and we are grateful for the support she provided.”
Tammy Long was recognized for Taking Initiative, Assisting a Colleague, Providing Excellent Service, Utilizing a Holistic Approach, and Engaging in Relationship Building. Tammy’s nominators spoke of her efforts to get to know them and treat them as a colleague, her willingness to take the time to not only explain processes and answer questions but to ensure that the individual understands, and her willingness to help when they don’t even know the right questions to ask. One nominator said, Tammy, “will call to walk me through a process that I don't fully understand. She has excellent customer service and ensures that all card transactions submitted through expense reports have all the required details. She makes the process so much easier!”
