Procurement Services Displaced by Extensive Water Damage in ASB

Like other departments and units with offices in the Administrative Services Building (ASB), Procurement Services was displaced by the extensive water damage that occurred in mid-January, and staff are currently working remotely.

We do not yet have an estimate of when we might be returning to campus, but want to encourage our colleagues to continue to reach out via email and phone. 

 

We do ask that you remember that while we are displaced:

  • Stopping by or dropping something off will require an email or phone call to schedule a time and date.
  • Using the monitored email addresses and phone numbers are the most effective way to reach a person who can assist you with a request or issue when you don't know where to start.  Someone will always be covering these email addresses and phone numbers and can get your message to the right person.
  • All of the training and orientation sessions provided by Procurement Services are being held virtually unless a room or location is provided in Workday Learning when you register.
