Procurement Services Customer Satisfaction Survey

 Procurement Services is a Central Administrative Unit that reports to the Associate Vice President for Central Finance and Treasurer.  As a Central Administrative Unit, we are inviting each Iowa State University Faculty and Staff member to participate in this brief Customer Satisfaction Survey focused on Procurement Services.

 

Please note that this survey is not intended to evaluate individuals in departments or units who perform purchasing functions or members of the Improved Service Delivery Model (ISD), including Procurement Expense Specialists, as they do not report to Procurement Services, nor do they have the same reporting structure.  Members of the ISD Model, including Procurement Expense Specialists, and individuals in departments or units who perform purchasing functions may be evaluated separately from this brief evaluation focused on Procurement Services.

 

The entire survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete and will be open through May 5th, 2020.
