Contract Description:
Iowa State University has a contract with Diversity Travel for booking flights (domestic and international), hotel, and rail travel for Iowa State business through the Diversity Travel Reservations Portal.
How to do Business with Supplier:
Navigate to your Sign Ons from the Iowa State University Homepage and utilize the Diversity Travel App. (If you do not yet have the Diversity Travel App on your Microsoft Dashboard and are Faculty, Staff, or a Graduate Student, you can add the Diversity Travel App by going to login.iastate.edu and signing in. Click the "Add Apps" button in the top middle of the screen and search for the Application "Diversity Travel". Once you hit "Add" wait 15 minutes before app is added to the dashboard.)
You may choose to set up a travel profile (this is necessary if you would like to designate a profile manager to book travel on your behalf) or to purchase a ticket without setting up a travel profile. Passport is not required for domestic travel, you can add your driver's license or state ID number instead.

Fees
Air tickets booked through the Diversity Travel Reservation Portal will be charged $9. Reservations made directly with one of the members of the dedicated reservations team by calling 703-440-7964 or emailing rushmore@diversitytravel.com will incur a $24 agent fee for domestic travel, or a $34 agent fee for international travel.
