Frequently requested tax-exempt certificates are available for download in the Tax-Exempt Certificate CyBox folder. If you need a certificate that isn’t listed, please provide the information below to request a tax exemption certificate for the state of Iowa for items purchased in and/or shipped to the State of Iowa.
