Contract Description:
Iowa State University has a contract with Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP) for booking flights (domestic and international), hotel, and rail travel for Iowa State business through the Concur platform.
How to do Business with Supplier:
Signing up for Concur (first time users) : https://www.concursolutions.com/registration/register_form.asp?regcode=IASTATE1858. A request for approval will be sent, and once approved, traveler can fill out personal profile.
Booking process
- Navigate to your Sign Ons from the Iowa State University Homepage and utilize the CTP Concur App. (If you do not yet have the Diversity Travel App on your Microsoft Dashboard and are Faculty, Staff, or a Graduate Student, you can add the Diversity Travel App by going to login.iastate.edu and signing in. Click the "Add Apps" button in the top middle of the screen and search for the Application "CTP Concur". Once you hit "Add" wait 15 minutes before app is added to the dashboard.)
- Front page will allow for flight search and will bring results with the lowest fares meeting the search terms first. Travelers can designate travel arrangers to book travel for them within personal profile.
- To book with an agent offline, email isutravel@ctptravelservices.com.
- To book flights for groups of 10 persons or more, please email groups@ctptravelservices.com
Please note turnaround time for emails can take 24 - 48 hours.

Fees
Bookings made through CTP via the Concur Online Platform will be charged a $5 agent fee. Reservations may be made directly with a CTP travel agent by calling 855-261-7787 or emailing isutravel@ctptravelservices.com during business hours and will incur a $28 agent fee for domestic travel, or a $30 agent fee for international travel.
After hours emergency support is available from CTP by calling 800-823-9917, but will incur an additional $25 after-hours fee (should only be used after 6pm and before 7am, all other emergency support should be requested via 855-261-7787).
